"Regretting Not Checking Reviews First"
I really wish I had taken the time to look at reviews for this company. I'm dealing with the same problem - ordered a bikini with nearly two months to go before my trip. After six weeks, I followed up and was informed it was back ordered. They said I should've noticed that when I placed my order and that an email should've been sent. They suggested I pick a different swimsuit, but the options they provided were out of stock. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting. I've received three paragraphs of apologies for the delay, but no explanation. I've asked for a reason; no business should take longer than 24 hours to process a refund for something that hasn't even been shipped.

"Avoid buying from Pink Colada"
Steer clear of Pink Colada. I placed an order for a set, and here I am, three months later, still waiting. They’ve told me on two occasions, 'It’ll be in the warehouse next week.' I’ve requested a refund twice, but they just ignore my requests.

"Avoid This Scam at All Costs!"
Only go for it if you're okay with losing your cash! I placed an order for $508 AUD worth of swimwear back in May 2022, and guess what? NOTHING showed up. They sent tracking info, but no delivery ever happened??? Total scam, I tell ya. I fired off email after email to them, but all I got were automated replies. Finally, I managed to chat with someone, but they never followed up. Just got a message from another review site 9 days ago, where they assured me a full refund would come in 3-7 days. Now? Crickets. It's definitely a scam site! Do yourself a solid and steer clear of these folks.

"Scam Alert"
I made an order for two bikinis on February 1, 2023. After waiting nearly a month without any updates, I reached out to Pinkcolada on February 27, 2023, since I hadn’t received my items. When I finally got a response, I was taken aback. Lisa from Pinkcolada informed me that one of the four items was unavailable, which was the first I’d heard of it after a month of silence, all while they held onto my cash. She suggested a replacement, but it wouldn’t match the other bikini I had ordered in the same color. Additionally, she mentioned it would take another week for the other two items to be restocked. If anyone has proof of this kind of behavior, they should definitely report it to the FTC so this company can’t keep scamming folks (it’s an Australian business).

"Absolutely would give no stars! Avoid this seller!"
Honestly, if I could rate this place with zero stars, I totally would! Seriously, steer clear of this company. I placed my order more than a month ago, and still, nothing has been shipped. I've sent several emails and haven't heard back at all. I even tried messaging them on Instagram, but all I got were automated replies. I've now filed a complaint with fair trading, hoping they get shut down for selling stuff that ain't real! I'm gonna keep commenting on their Instagram posts so folks see and think twice before buying from this scammy business. What a total joke!

"SHADY BUSINESS!"
About a month ago, I placed an order with PinkColada online. They processed it all the way through, and I even got a confirmation that they had my order. But then, a few days later, I got an email from one of their staff saying that the items I wanted were out of stock. They offered me some alternatives in my size, but honestly, nothing caught my eye, so I asked for a refund instead. Lisa, the person who replied, mentioned that my request needed to be escalated, which baffled me since I hadn’t received anything yet, and they should’ve just refunded me right away. I've been sending emails for two and a half weeks now, and all I get back are these cookie-cutter responses from 'Lisa Carter' saying my request is still in the works. WHY?! It’s like there’s no other way to reach them except through email, and it feels like I’m being totally ignored. I’ve asked for my refund multiple times, but all I get are the same generic replies. AVOID THIS PLACE!

"Fraudulent Practices"
I made my purchase on May 25, 2022, and here we are on January 17, 2023, and I still haven't gotten it. I opted for express shipping through DHL, which should've taken just 4 days. Since then, I've been reaching out to Pinkcolada, and they keep assuring me that it's on its way. Back in October, they said they'd send a free item as a way to apologize for the hold-up; I'm still waiting on that too. What a total waste of cash. Seriously, steer clear of Pinkcolada; this place is a total scam.

"AVOID PINKCOLADA AT ALL COSTS!"
I never got my order from Pinkcolada. I reached out several times and was told to just hang tight. Weeks passed, and I finally asked them to cancel my order and process a refund. They agreed, but the refund never happened. I kept sending emails asking about my refund status, only to be told to wait again. Months later, I got an email saying my order was shipped. I was confused since I had already asked for a cancellation. Pinkcolada replied that they couldn’t cancel or refund because it was on its way. I informed them I’d be sending it back once it arrived. THEN THEY HIT ME WITH A 35% RESTOCKING FEE!!!!!! After everything!!! What a total scam!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This place is definitely a scam. I placed my order back in August 2022, and after two weeks, I heard nothing about shipping. I reached out via email, and they told me they had run out of the item I ordered, but nobody bothered to inform me. Then, they sent me a list of other options to choose from, so I picked some new items, only to find out those were sold out too. We went back and forth a few times with the same problem until I finally requested a refund since I really just wanted my original order. Out of the blue, I got an email saying my bikini was back in stock and had been shipped—this was six weeks after I first placed the order. I waited another four weeks, and with no tracking updates, I asked for a refund again. They told me to get excited because my items were on their way! Luckily, I used Klarna to pay for the bikini, and they managed to sort out a refund for me in November—three months after I made the purchase.

"SAVE YOUR TIME AND CASH!"
SAVE YOUR TIME AND CASH! This company has some slick marketing tricks that pull you in. It takes at least 4 weeks for your order to arrive, and the sizes are super small. I returned my stuff and ended up with just store credit. I want my cash back!!! You can't use their promo codes with store credit, only on full-priced items!!! Customer service? Nonexistent. Four months later, and they still have my money. CROOKS. Shame on you #pinkcolada @anagavia

"AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS"
Seriously, I can't stress enough—don't place an order with this company. I made a purchase back in October, and let me tell you, it took a whopping 3 weeks to receive my stuff. To make matters worse, three out of the five items were completely wrong. I lodged a complaint, and now I've been waiting 6 weeks for them to send the right items. Their customer service just keeps saying it’ll be shipped soon. I'm definitely going to file a complaint; don't throw your money away on this. If I could give it negative stars, I absolutely would.

I waited six months for my package to arrive. When it finally did, it only contained one item instead of everything I ordered. I'm still missing one piece. Three months back, I returned the first package, and I still haven't seen my refund. It was a significant order, so I’ve had a really terrible experience with this company!!!

"Absolutely Terrible Experience"
This company is just the worst. I've never dealt with such poor customer service in my entire life. Six months ago, I ordered a bikini and have reached out to them several times to find out where my order is. Honestly, I don’t even want the bikini anymore or anything to do with them, so I requested a refund. But all they offer is to let me choose another bikini and promise to send it out quickly, as if I’m that naive. Seriously, this is the worst company I’ve ever encountered. The founder should really be embarrassed about what she’s running.

"Never Again After This Experience"
I've shopped here before and got my bikini in just a few days, plus the quality was top-notch. So, I thought I'd give it another go. This time, though, only one out of five items showed up a few days later, and another one didn’t arrive until two weeks after that. I reached out for a refund, and they offered me a free bikini as a way to make up for the hassle since my other items are 'still on back order.' I told them it’s not cool to take money without letting customers know about back orders, and I'm still waiting on my refund. It's such a letdown. Their bikinis are stunning, but the service has really taken a nosedive.

"Avoid This Site, Total Scam"
What a scam! I made my order at the start of August and I’m still waiting for it. Customer service has responded twice, saying it’ll be shipped soon, but it’s been over a month now. This site is awful, and I’m definitely going to file a complaint with the consumer board.
